A similar workshop to the one organized by CLS in Japan will be held in October in Toulouse. Animal trackers will join the one-day Argos seminar to share experience with manufacturers as well as to learn about the latest innovations.

During this seminar, worldwide ornithologists generally present their scientific studies using satellite tracking systems. Ideas are exchanged and new ways to cooperate are to be found. This is through a close relationship with the scientific world that we can truly help this community.

Xerius will explain its perspective of the market when designing 100% customised products. For Xerius, every system should be finely tuned to the need of the study as well as the species to be observed. Moreover, Alteos and the USB Key lite will be presented to show how it is possible to download data without capturing the animal or the need of a Wifi network.

Finally, the Xerius team will finish by sharing its perspective on the future advancement of Argos technologies. The team is once more looking forward to the next CLS seminary.
